Education & Motivating Students : Motivating Kids to Do Well in School

To what extent, would you support students' autonomy as a prospective teacher?

  1. As a prospective teacher I would try to support my students' autonomy. This is because in class environment if students don't feel themselves ready to learn, no matter what teacher do, the learning won't happen. Students' needs and freedoom should be the indicator of the lesson plan.
Learning is an active process. As the students are the activator of this process, students' needs and autonomy should be supported.
